The general terms and conditions for renting a car.

1. AGE – The person renting the car must be at least 21 and must have had the B category driver’s license for at least 1 year.

2. CAR DELIVERY AND RETURN – The car must be delivered to the client in good condition, without any flaws, both parties being in charge of carefully inspecting the car. The car is delivered with copies of the car’s documents, equipments, accessories and the rental contract at the location, date and time established by mutual agreement between the parties. It is noteworthy that the car is delivered with its tank full.   

- The car is returned after it was used in conformity with the rental contract. The car is returned at the location, date and time established by mutual agreement in the contract in the same good conditions it was delivered to the client. The car is returned with all the documents, equipments and accessories it was delivered to the client. When returned, the car must have a full tank, just as it was delivered. If upon the return of the car, the tank is not full, the agency reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the missing quantity plus 1,5e/litre.

If the return of the car is delayed with more than 3 hours over the time stipulated in the contract without notifying the agency, it reserves the right to notify the police with regard to the theft of the car. If the agency is notified in advance of the delay of the car’s return, 3 hours are granted as a grace period, FREE OF CHARGE. If the delay exceeds that grace period of 3 hours, upon returning the car, the counter value of one more rental day will be charged.

3. EXTENSION OF THE CONTRACT – it may be carried out with minimum 36 hours before the return hour. If this term is not observed, the agency cannot guarantee the extension of the contract, but it offers the possibility of replacing the car the client is using with another available one in conformity with the price list.    

4. FEES - Every time the client rents a car, the client must pay the counter value of the period he/she rents the car for, as follows: x e/day x number of days. The prices are final with VAT INCLUDED.

Every time the client rents a car, a guarantee must be paid for the contracted car (see the "Cars and prices" table), guarantee that is returned to the client upon returning the car if the car was returned in the same state it was delivered.

The client undertakes full responsibility for:

-traffic fines
-parking fees
-fuel costs
-the deterioration or loss of the documents is charged with 80e
-the deterioration or loss of the car keys is charged with 200e
-any other fee that is related to the use of the car.

5. INSURANCE – All the cars in our rolling stock benefit from CASCO-type insurance against damage and theft. The damages suffered by the car as a result of a traffic accident or those incurred by an accident with unknown author are insured, except the amount that was paid by the client as guarantee. In case of accident or accident with unknown author (you found the car damaged in the parking lot, etc.), the client (the driver) is supposed to go IMMEDIATELY to the nearest police station in order to report the accident. In order for the car’s CASCO insurance to be used, the client must bring from the police station: ascertainment minute, reparation authorization of the car, copy of the car’s documents (car’s identity card, RCA insurance) and the documents of the person driving the other car (identity card, driver’s license). All the documents issued by the police station must be correctly and completely issued to the client; this is exactly why the client must pay attention when picking them up.

If the client does not supply the agency all the above mentioned documents, then the client bears the entire responsibility regarding the complete payment of the damages incurred to the car.

Litigations:
Any litigations that may occur during the execution of the present contract will be submitted to the competent courts of law in the Bucharest jurisdiction.
